[Not a bug] granite+aug=flat phys not working on my weapon

I should be able to vendor these 3 items to get the next tier of flat phys but its not working, i get back a weapon with the bottom-tier flat phys roll instead:

This is correct. Crafted mods are separate from mods which can be rolled, and are not a part of this recipe - the weapon has none of the set of rollable phys damage modes, so the recipe correctly adds the lowest.
