Victario's Secrets Bug

My problem is different from the rest. Got the first 2 busts, talked to quest giver who said "you need all three" then both busts vanished from inventory and I can't get them again or the 3rd.

By different from the rest i'm assuming you are talking about the quest bug that seems to be getting spammed atm?

Which is a totally different quest from yours, and yours isn't even bugged...the npc you spoke to takes the 2 busts and has them for safe keeping, the quest will complete when you get the third...been like this for ages.

The third is located a fair bit further away, you'll need to go to where the second bust was, find an exit to above ground...from there you go to the next area and find another sewer to explore...3rd bust is there.
