Question: Will Anger and/or Herald of Ash apply to Explosive Arrow's initial projectile?

Yes. Explosive Arrow's initial hit functions just like a regular attack.

Great news? Explosive arrow shouldn't be doing any damage besides the explosion, for the most part. I guess it might be a minor damage increase if you swap to another ability or something. Anger and Herald of Ash definitely don't add to the explosion damage, just so we're clear.
