Multistrike, Frenzy and CoC

Hi guys, I'm testing CoC linked to storm call, MS and frenzy as the skill.

The wiki says multistrike cannot proc a skill multiple times per use

However when i test against a moving single target i can clearly get THREE storm call's per use of skill if a crit.

Whats going on?

CoC is an exception- it can proc on every hit.

That thing about procing on repeated strikes is valid for procs that are limited to one per skill use, like charge gaining with frenzy. Effects that proc one every hit and are not limited will still proc on every hit with multistrike, you can get dozens of storm calls if you hit a big group with a sequential damage skill like spectral throw.
