2 account banned for no reason what going wrong ggg?

i am new to this game, i think its a great game!!!!

but i dont understand my 2 days old acount has been banned for no reason ( answer for this: Our account team has finished its review of the recent bans, however they have decided that your account has violated the ToS and therefore it will not be unbanned).

so i maked a 2. account just 1 day old, after reaching level 30 its got banned too.

this is my 3. account.


and pls no one tell me i cheated or something, i have no clue about hacking and cheating, i dont even dont know how to play this game properly, i am still totaly noob about this game, because ggg dont even let me play.

ggg u did a great game, but whats going wrong whit your account support team????
