Culling Strike + Puncture

Hello, just a quick question, do mobs die if they drop to 10% HP from the DOT of puncture?

No. Per the Wiki DoT effects do not work with Culling Strike, only the initial hit counts. Of course if the monsters move they will die anyway so maybe it isn't necessary to use the two togther.

Culling strike needs a hit to work. DoTs dont hit, so it will work with initial hit only
