Templar - Scepter/Shield, Nova/Elemental caster. - Forum

I've been playing this recently and been having a lot of fun. After getting the 1h/shield LS Templar to level 45 I decided to go out on a limb and create my first build with what I've learned so far.

Here's the completed build with 90 points spent.

If anyone has experience with this, or just experience with a caster Templar in Cruel/Merc, I would love some feedback. Is this build viable late game?
