if Avatar of Fire converts 50% physical to fire and Molten Strike converts 60% physical to fire does that mean if you use both you will get 110% of physical dmg converted to fire?

100% is max. It only converts your damage to different type. 100% is all you have, you cant get more base damage simply by converting it :)
