White quality "Gavel" do they even drop, I have done 10-12 maps now actually looking for one and not even had one drop?

Sure, even in 66s, I also chance every single gavel (and slaughter knife) I find.

I find them all the time. The key is to have 0% magic find.

Damn I have 9% ;)

Just farm Lunaris level 3 or Docks - no need to do maps. Find high density of mobs, Lunaris or Library both are good. Clear speed is the key to finding a gavel.

Also check the merchants on all your alts which are high enough level to equip one.
