Best Solo class

Hello there, i want to play this game again.So can you guys recommend best solo class & build ? :)

EDIT:Maybe im going for Looks pretty good and enjoyable :)

basically i want good survivability and great dps

Cast on Crit using Arc and Firestorm.

Arctic Armor makes you invulnerable to Firestorm's reflect and Arc doesn't reflect that much.

Deal amazing dps.

As to the actual question stated in the title, it would be a summoner. No question about it.

damn so only summoners are good solo dmg and survivability ?

if this is your first char look for a build with zero or little gear investment so that you are able to solo piety/vaal on merciless difficulty. you will make then the currency for making your dream build later.

i would recommend either a searing bond (non searing touch is also possible!! -> im a proof for that cause my selfmade/selffound build (eb/aa/mom/using a scepter)) costed me zero and was my first char in ambush league.

i was able to gear up my wander/woe and ls with drops/currency i got from him. its not everybodys darling build (some say its boring) but for me the best starter build.

if you ever drop or get a decent fast one handed sword (with some ele on it) you could also try out the elebuzzsaw build.

when i was new here i checked the forum for builds then went to yt and checked some playstyle vids. that was a good approach in my eyes. i would avoid builds that use any extreme expensive uniques .. so avoid all of those "i make 500k dps" builds with gear worth 350+ exalts.

with that immense gearing any build is "endgame".

poe shines - at least for me - with all that possible builds/theorycrafting and lasts maybe till lv85-lv90. after that i for myself dont enjoy the grind anymore on the specific char (you may enjoy that ofc) and make the next one.

there are tons of builds i played (and deleted like my whole old standard chars) but i still find something new.

ps: i never liked the summonerplaystyle but they are ofc one of the best (if not the best) magicfinder aka. currencybringer ingame.
