Suggest some builds?

There's a few things I've been wanting to try lately but I haven't been able to make or find the right build for it. If you know any fun builds that match the following, I'd appreciate it:
1) An elemental bow build that doesn't require 6-link or a 10+ ex unique 2) Anything that uses Taryn's Shiver that isn't low-life | |

I haven't done anything with bows, but i understand quill rain explosive arrow is pretty crazy.

" Have you looked into Lightning Arrow Builds? I'm guessing you have but were turned off by the popular ones having insane(ly costly) gear. Most of the time 6l and expensive uniques are just really nice boosts but aren't essential to being effective. |
