Conc effect not affecting fireball

I noticed that when I apply conc effect on fireball, the damage does not change in the tooltip. Is this intended or a bug?

" It's intended, because the damage increase from conc effect comes from the fireball's explosion, not from the fireball itself. That's why you won't see any change in the tooltip. GGG banning all political discussion shortly after getting acquired by China is a weird coincidence.

I guess that makes sense, always thought fireball's damage was considered area damage; that's why i thought the tool tip should change value.
