Question about cast when damage taken.

I have Linked to , Sometimes 1 go off at a time and sometimes they both go off at the same time.
My question is why don't they always both go off at the same time, why sometimes only 1? [Removed by Support]

Enduring cry has a cooldown while decoy totem does not. At times enduring cry won't cast since it's still on cooldown.

Enduring cry has a 4 second cooldown so it is possible it can't be casted. I think that's what you mean.
