Considering that the majority of the beta winners still have 0 posts, it seems there are more than ten times more inactive (multi) accounts out there.

At the end of every week they should take the unclaimed keys that have been sent out and send them out to the forum users :)

That sounds like a good idea. Maybe release them on a Monday or middle of the week to prevent a traffic spike on the weekends.
