Another Noob Duelist build looking for thoughts

So, this is my first build. I was looking mainly at some of the shredder/blender type builds, and just dove right in. Here's the Skill tree:

My leveling got a little away from me, so even though I'm about to go see Dominus the first time, my guy's up at level 39. As you might see in the tree, I've been working with dual wield swords, and my equipment is of the rare/magic variety that I've made or found. My equipment has a decent amount of stat boosts (Intel is in the 50-60, Strength 130ish, dex 120s I think).

Main attack is dual strike with melee splash, followed by Cleave, and I've started using Reave more recently. I've got whirling blades to get out of tight spots, and a few odds and ends of magic spells.

Most of the time, he does just fine, I can usually stand my ground and tank the bosses and uniques. But if he gets surrounded by the wrong monsters, he's a little fragile. Recently had the hedge maze get a little dicey. I'd like some feedback to figure out what could be better. I can share equipment if that helps (after I figure out how to do that on the forum)
