Build advice for my 2H Templar.

Hi there, I just recently started the game, and was hoping I could get some help as to how to build my character.

I want to pick up Resolute Technique, and Blood Magic as my keystones, but I was wondering how to go about it. I plan to use a Staff, or Mace. I also want him to be rather Tanky. What actives should I focus on, and what is the best route on the Passive tree to make my character?
