Wand builds..seriously help LOL

i am bloody lost , literally, i am lv38 templar wand/shield . and im kinda going up the tree and just picked up hex master but now i dont know what exactly am i doing.

at first i wanted to go dual spark totem but i dont believe i can get the links and support gems...and now im kind of stuck on what to do with this templar, im using freezing pulse and clarity.
