Should I go for iron reflexes?

So I've been thinking of switching to another piece of armor I've gotten and don't know if I'd benefit from it or if it's not worth using 8 passives to reach.
Wanted to try And the armor I have now Also trying to figure out what gems to use for these chest pieces as you can see :p. I'm already heading to get Hex Master. I already have 1 additional curse from my Windscream boots. |

" Kind of off topic note: Get Inner Force. Any auras you run are 21% better, and everything run from party members from grouping is 21% better. It's right there so you don't need to spend any points to get to it. | |

I can do that to I guess.
