What are Pros and Cons of Playing in a Party?
"Is there such a thing as an absolute, timeless enemy? There is no such thing, and never has been. And the reason
is that our enemies are human beings like us. They can only be our enemies in relative terms."
Pros:
- Increased Quantity Drops
- Auras
- Monster's attack your party members and not always you
- Synergy

Cons:
- Increased Monster Health
- Screen Clutter
- Low FPS due to party member skills. (Ex. summoners, discharge, coc, etc.)
- If a High-end item drops for someone else, you will feel like shit.

isn't it increased by 50% per player? So less loot per player?

sort of, unless there's a mf culler in the group. it also adds up iiq on everyone's gear

in short, in practice, no. a full group will generally get more drops than they can carry and you'll be leaving a lot of crap yellows behind

This is not true. Only the character making the kill on a monster applies its IIR and IIQ.

oh, yeah. I read it wrong, my bad
ok, so only the host gets all the maps? even in free for all?
it's not host. it's map owner. maps are always PA'ed to person who put the map into the machine
didn't know that, might go map farming now, create map and invite people :-)
