1.0.6 Vendor Recipes, Discovered Yet?

The 2 new Vendor Recipes from 1.0.6 still haven't been discovered? And were all the previous new Recipes discovered, I thought there was one that was still missing, or maybe that was a Recipe counted multiple times?
I personally think the recipe may have to do with Chromatics, Albino Rhoa Feathers, and/or a Prismatic Ring (or 1x each colour Gem.) :P EA IGN: We_Have_Monk_at_Home

Yes they are discovered, but they are kept secret for a reason: people have been earning quite some wealth with them :).

Without a single hint as to what they do, we have no idea what they could possibly be. The unique staff that gives 18/18 scraps might be one of the recipes, or it might not count as a recipe. Hard to tell.

There should be an account-wide challenge that lists all possible recipes with a ??? until discovered by any one character on the account

Yes, i heard one has to do with feathers as well.
