BETA KEY CONTEST (Won by Quu)

I received a beta key to hand out today and inspired by Alvanas contests, I decided to host one myself.

This contest will require logic and some basic computer science knowledge. There is no RNG involved, the key can be aquired in its entirety by following the clues.

The contest will begin at 12:30 GMT (check your timezone here: http://www.worldtimezone.com)

Contest Rules:
1. Everyone can participate
2. Use your brain, use google
3. The contest will start in this thread, in this post (I will edit and bump when the time comes)
4. Hints might be given at some point depending on how active the thread will be
5. Dont PM me, I wont answer them.

I have checked for mistakes severals times, but there might still be some. I can fix most of the clues during the contest, but if people get stuck because of a mistake I made I will give away the next clue so you can move on.

Your first clue:

68 74 74 70 3a 2f 2f 67 6f 6f 2e 67 6c 2f 6a 6b 46 48 44

Hint #1 Theres a message in the second clue
Hint #2 The second chipher requires a key
Hint #3 Case sensitivity is important in this contest
Hint #4 Think carefully about the message in the picture
Hint #5 If you ask Robert E. Lee about the second cipher, he might be able to help you
Hint #6 The picture is telling you how to extract the information from it
Hint #7 You already have the key to solving the second cipher if you can read it
Hint #8 The key for the second cipher is staring right in your face when you solve the first one
