amplify + lightning arrow

does amplify (12% increased radius of area skills, 8% increased area damage) work with lightning arrow? does the damage increase only apply to the 3 neariest targets who are hit?
according to the wiki (http://en.pathofexilewiki.com/wiki/Area_of_Effect) it does. i'm wondering cause i noticed no dmg increase in my lightning arrow tooltip after picking up amplify. Last edited by bibi1338 on Jan 27, 2013, 4:11:12 PM
