I mean you'd certainly be tanky as hell.

What's the intent behind this guy?

I can see him being good for groups, just run that skill gem(forgot what it's called) that taunts enemies to attack you and keep shit off your party members.

I wouldn't use this solo because well, at some point being really tanky isn't helpful if your DPS is low. For example you might be able to survive twice as long as another build, but maybe you kill three times as slow, which in the end makes you less effective because the mobs are staying alive longer and doing more damage to you, essentially making all that extra health and armor useless.
Yes, of course, this spec is intended exclusively for the tank in the group and therefore I am a monster blocking the way.

Well there's a couple of things you might want to change.

1. Zealot's Oath is gonna hurt your survivality because monsters ARE gonna get past your energy shield. Without the added regen to your life it's gonna be a lot more scary simply regening from pots alone.

2. Since your damage is going to suck you're going to need a skill with life on hit for that extra regen. If you run dual totems you aren't able to attack so that talent is something I would remove.

3. You don't need the amount of +resist % nodes that you took. Aside from Elemental Adaptation and Diamond Skin, I would remove all the +resist % nodes. It's not difficult to hit the resist cap with Purity, Endurance charges, and all the high level gear.

You should try and pick up as many +1 max endurance charge nodes as feasible, that will really help. Also there's 2 +hp % chain that you missed that really easy to get.

I have to leave work in 5 mins so I don't have much time basically I cleaned up a good amount of the useless nodes and gave you maybe... 70-80% more health or something through health nodes I can't remember the exact %. I would change more but I don't have time :(
