[1.1.0] ShinyGyarados' Dual Flame Totem Templar

I posted the rough outline of what I plan to do with my skill tree as of patch 1.1.0, enjoy!
If you guys have a lot of funding, you should try out low life crit flame totems. Flame totems tend to crit a whole lot even if you have 20 percent crit chance and I shock about every single mob.
Last league I remember this being a very popular build for high-end map groups. Do you have any advice for running this as an MF build for map groups?

When you take the +30 DEX node and maybe wear a >25 DEX Amulet you should be fine. Later on it should not be a big porblem anymore.

Using this in Ambush. Seems damage is lackluster, and survivability is close to none, although I am using EB as a way to combat the high mana cost along with AA and clarity/discipline.

Maybe to be any good I guess I have to not use hybrid gear, or less of it, but then mana becomes an issue, and then there is cost, as this is my first build in the league it's hard to fund.

I'd go with the standard CoDT --> Molten Shell --> Enduring Cry or something along that nature. Experiment for yourself and see what's best for you!

i try to go to iron reflexes aswell for survivability, so thats why i have those 3 points under the life at the templar tree to get faster at iron reflexes.
