Are Shavronne's Wrappings still dropping at all in Standard League?

This is getting ridiculous. I farmed a lot during the holiday weeks, all I got was low level garbage uniques if any. The ones on poexyz are all the same old ones that have been on sale forever. How is a person who doesn't use RMT and doesn't have all day every day to play games supposed to get one? They are selling for 50+ exalted at the moment. Is this reasonable for it been so hard to get/expensive?

Some items are just impossible to get as a casual player without investing far too much time. You can probably make your build work without it.
Get more enjoyment by making multiple builds with many other uniques instead of focuing on this one. |

That apart but I mean is it programmed to drop at all at the moment? I heard something about drop balance change not so long ago. I'm not seeing any new ones on trade channel at all.
I just don't want to waste my time farming for it if it can't drop at all. |

Whats the problem? shavrone is one of the most powerfull item in game for many powerfull builds. Why everyone should get one? Its a hardcore game.. Not wow lfr! -,-
Casuals without rmt will never! Get a epic roll echoing fury, or a high end runeword in d2 or a shavrone or a soultakter and thats ok!! Its finer. Learn to deal with it. Play other builds and have fun or quit and play a single player casual game --- TEMPUS FUGIT ---

its more reasonable to count how many alteration orbs you can get a hour from piety runs and count up the hours you need to buy the thing rather than trying to get it drop

" And that's how it should be. I've played other ARPG for more then 6 years, still missing some high level uniques - and it's ok. What's NOT ok, is farming for 8 hours a day, and the best currency drop you get, is a jeweler. Bring me some coffee and I'll bring you a smile.

" The funny thing is that you won't see any new ones for a month, and then literally 10 of them will all drop on the same day. It goes this way with every unique. When I found my Soul Taker, there were 0 up on xyz but by that night there were 9 of them. This ALWAYS happens, and it's pretty easy to track on small leagues like Nemesis. Etup said that rare uniques always drop in patterns like this, and he is in contact with game designers so it is kind of hard to argue it. Then there is nothing random about PoE. If the Devs control the economy drop rates then what's the point of spending hundreds of hours of farming when it may not even be allocate to drop?
