Max ES or Max HP?

Hello everyone

I was recently working on my freezing pulse templar and got into some thinking and problems. I wanted to be quite defensive but I didnt knew which defense mechanic I should use with such an heavy emphasis on intelligence. I came to the conclusion that I go either full HP or full ES adding some resistances or block chances. Does anyone can give me any suggestion or feedback what would make more sense lategame? I actualy still need some help, I cant make progress with my build right now.
