Fiery visage.

I asked the world in game if the item was a one time use only. Someone sais that i can use it anytimes i want to for an infinite time. So i was all happy and i used the Fiery Visage on a lvl 1 or 2 helmet since i am at the beginning on hardcore. But it disapeared from my Shop chest thing. Is there anything i can do to get it back?

When you add the effect to the item, it becomes attached to the item.

You need to open up your microtransactions stash with your item visible in inventory and press the button in the top right of the microtransaction stash called 'reclaim effect'. This will remove the effect from the item and place it back in your microtransaction stash.

Do not delete or sell or change the effect on any items without removing the existing effect first, or you will lose it! They will be fixing this soon.
