KEEPING CHARS AFTER CLOSED BETA

I'm new to the world of online gaming
Do I get to keep my character that I've been working on when the game goes live at the end of this month? I'm just curious, I like the game but I don't want to do all these quests over again |

No characters will transfer from closed beta to open beta. Characters will transfer from open beta to official release, though.
*Technically, all characters will transfer to open beta, but they will be reset to new, level-1 characters with no items or quest progression so players can keep the same character names. They get reset to level 1 and all items except Demigods are removed, also you keep all your MicroTransaction stuff.
