having some troubles.

im just going in PoE trying different classes , but i always have troubles with kill the boss for the medicine chest , or clearing the room full of mobs... is there anything im doing wrong?

You have troubles because that boss hits like a truck if u don't have any cold resist. And clearing rooms full of mobs in this game is not a piece of cake, the only way to do this without any troubles is a really good gear. Just don't try to craft by yourself before engame, better spend 4 times less and save some orbs for a lategame.

Remember, you are not alone. Find a mate and play in party. It's fun and rewards better than solo gaming.

Hard to give advice when you don't say what you're doing, what class you're playing, what skills you're using, what level your char is, etc...

Some general starting tips

* Survival > damage... get lots of life passives, +life on gear

* Buy a coral ring from Nessa <3 (+30 life is the max roll), get 2 of them if you can

* Find/buy a chain belt from Nessa (+20 energy shield is the max roll)


Medicine Chest: Hlllrake

* You need as much life as you can manage (see above)

* Clear all the mobs as you go so you can fight him 1 on 1

* You'll see a blue glow up ahead signalling Hillrake is near, watch for incoming ice spears from off-screen and move out of the way (ice spears will freeze you)

* Hit and run. It's best to get close and melee him if you can to avoid him casting ice spears at you. Be careful though he hits very hard- drink a flask and run circles around him just out of melee range if you get low to let the flask recover your life to a safer level.

* If you're a ranged attacker run circles around him, moving out of the way of his ice spears and DPS him while his cast is on cooldown. Move-attack, move-attack....

* If you're still having trouble wait until level 4+ when you can find/buy medium life flasks and try again.

Room Full of Mobs = Fetid Pool?

* Run in a zig-zag to avoid charging undead rhoas, if you let them charge you will get stun-locked and die. Kill them quickly.

* When you find the necromancer, kill him first to stop him from resurrecting mobs
