I like the idea of themed bundles, in general. So my vote of 'not interested' should be taken as 'in this case' and not indicative of my overall stance.

For this poll, I'm not big on pets so that wasn't an incentive for me. The demon claw effect is pretty cool, but I'm not running cleave or ROA right now so I don't have an immediate need.

I'm typically not an impulse buyer. I usually buy something when I have a need instead of buying now because it is discounted and I *may* use it later. For example, I'll probably pick up some skin transfers soon as my gear is almost there ( since the transfers are one time ).

To me this is very similar to a bulk store where you buy some item in bulk. Yes, the price per item is lower and a discount, but you are still spending more total than you would just to buy one of them. So yes, I probably will use $300 worth of product X in the future and this is an overall savings, but do I really want to go to the store and drop $300 on stuff I won't use for a long while? Obviously this is an exaggeration, but the principle still applies. You really have to like everything in the bundle to even be interested, otherwise it makes more sense just to buy the item individually.

tl;dr: I like the idea of themed bundles; I just wasn't interested in these specific ones. Bundles are great if you like everything in them and will use them. If not, you're better off buying à la cart.

I would rather spend my money on content that enhances my character and account, rather than aesthetic modifications.

When the stash tab bundles go on sale I will likely spend most of my points to increase my storage, and so increase my ability to trade. Independent of that, though, I don't really care about pets, and I already have weapon effects from the beta bundle.

I don't care about what my character looks like. I care about what my character does.

Let me buy chaos orbs. Let me pay to revive a dead Nemesis character. Let me pay to obtain skill gems, alchemy orbs, unique items.

I don't want to pay to win. I want to pay to enhance my character and account. Navigate that distinction, and you will have all my moneys.

Because getting currency (and thus any item in the game) and immortality (contrary to the entire point of a hardcore league) isn't paying to win at all.

Define "win".

Edit: If the definition of "win" is so broad as to include any and all benefits, enhancements, perks, or increases of a quantitative nature then GGG have boxed themselves into a corner. They're effectively asking players to purchase things that are, by definition, not beneficial to their characters or account. These must be purely aesthetic, purely inconsequential additions.

The difficulty is that they sell stash tabs. These effectively increase a player's ability to trade by increasing the storage capacity of their stores. Allowing some players to purchase additional storage gives those players a significant advantage in the market. They can be less selective and discerning about what items they keep, so allowing for greater potential of sales.

Since GGG is willing to afford players an advantage in trade, through an advantage of storage, it is the case that some benefits, advantages, and perks can be sold without constituting a "play to win" model.

My proposal is to recognize this, and so limit the definition of "win" to strictly instances of winning, and not the necessary conditions required to win. Obtaining a chaos orb is not "winning". The chaos orb can be used as a means to win.

Those are different things: The means, and the end.

I suggest that GGG sell more means, while maintaining their position of not selling the end: to win.

These bundles weren't of much interest to me. Am hoping for a celestial/divine themed bundle for me to rev up my PayPal for.
The bundles just didn't have anything i'd want in them.

Since when do we have a polling system?

PS: I would have bought it if i could have more than 1 pet out, like 2 or 3 at most.
The darkness bundle looks cool, but I have the cleave effect and also I just recently bought GGGold to buy future products.

So atm I am waiting for new microtransactions instead or if there is one I like on sale which I dont have yet and I feel the price is right.
I probably would have bought the Darkness Bundle but here's the deal. The pack costs 220 points, and you can only buy either 200 points or 516 points. I really don't feel like buying $50 worth of points only to use 220 of them. If it was 20 points cheaper, I'd probably buy it.

But I'm still considering if I'll buy it or not.
