Kill 2 bandits help 1 ?

Hey, i just reached Act 2 with my Templar, and i'm wondering about the bandit quest, i wanna get the 40+ hp from Oak, but i wanna kill Kraityn and Alira, just wondering, do i get any rewards for killing Alira or Kraityn? Or is it like.... Either you help all 3 bandits, or you kill all 3.

In my case as a templar, What would be best ?

It is pretty clear: Help one kill two OR kill all three and get a passive from town.

So, is it worth it for my Templar to get 40 hp or a talent point ?

It depends on your build, but for life builds, the hp is probably better most of the time.

The HP you get from helping oak and killing the other two is very good and a common choice.
