Dismissing the quest alertbox

When you do a part of a quest the little "!" box pops up to say that theres been a change in the quest status'..

thats cool, but after a few playthroughs it would be nice to be able to rt-click on the box and just dismiss it (eg the messages in the total war series) instead of having to bring up, then close, the whole quest panel
