When does ONS End? And when will new ladders Start?

Just died to desync Vaalsmash on my lvl 50 shadow lel but im kind of meh about it. Have lvl'd many great toons to 84 ish and died on HC, Still have a 73 discharger (boring) a 83 Wander (also bit bored) and a 60 ish FP marauder, all on HC. Detest the community in softcore and i enjoy the challenge in hc but its a bit quiet.

Would love to start on ONS but i feel as if ive missed the train and its coming to a close so just curious when the new league's will be opening. ALso heard a while ago of a rumor of a Crafting league were you cant trade (so prevents RMT) and only white gear drops but really high currency drop rate and you make your own gear. Sounds amazing just hope its not false.

I believe the Onslaught and Anarchy league end on October, 8.
