Where to Farm Cruel?

Where is the best place to farm in cruel? Experience and loot wise? Im lvl 50 and my gear isnt amazing. i only have 1300 hp and i wanna grind before taking on piety. any advice is appreciated.

Pretty much up to your play style. Pick as high a level area as you can stand. If you can do docks, that's pretty good.

Don't farm cruel at all I'd say. Finish Cruel, and get farming merc Ledge.

I once went back to Cruel Docks to help a random guy with the quest - with a maps character who beat Merciless - and surprisingly the drops were just crazy.
I needed nothing of it so I let him take everything. lucky guy earned 2 stashes of rare loot that one Docks run :)
and neither of us had significant Magic Find.

still, RNG is RNG and I don't think there are "better" and "worse" areas for farming, but ideally you should look for an area you can handle, with mobs close to your level (for currency drops) and a good mob density.
City Of Sarn is one example. Docks is another. Fellshrine has a pretty low mob density, but very low risk for the player. Dread Thicket is a good area if you are CI or can handle the Chaos Damage.

At level 50, you can get full XP in all of Act 3 Cruel, some of Act 2 Cruel (with a slight currency penalty) and some of Act 1 Merciless (including Ledge).

If you like public groups, just join a public Cruel Docks run -- it will be the fastest way to level until you can go to Merciless.

If you prefer to Solo, City of Sarn is pretty easy, as long as you avoid Perpetus (if you can't handle him).
