all my options keep resetting

whenever i close out of the game and re-open it later on, all my options (graphic, ui, sound, and keybinds) reset back to default. can anyone help?

It is possible there is a permissions issue that is not allowing the changes you are making to be saved to disk. Could you please try running Path of Exile as an administrator (right click PoE shortcut, Run as Administrator), change some settings and restart the game? Let me know if these settings stick after doing this.
