And POE dont detect my webcam all others program detect it

I am also having this problem when streaming from the path of exile twitch tab. The cam turns on and twitch connects fine I can see myself on the screen and then boom I got into a map while zoning the cam TURNS OFF, like WTF? This happens everytime ONLY THROUGH POE/TWITCH. If i use OBS it works fine BUT THEN IT LAGS. GGG? help? Multiple people are saying they cannot stream PoE through the client itself, that's bad, any idea?

I've got the same issue as well I have a MS LifeCam and also a Logitech 920 and neither are detected. It would be a nice quality of life for GGG to fix this please!
