How do i find it? i thouht it was in the room with the final boss but i cant see it

To find the laboratory you need to go to the dungeon along the north edge of the cross roads. Fallow the small stream that falls down the mini cliffs to the entrance. If you look at your world map and select the baleful gem quest you should see the general direction.

Just click on any waypoint after you killed act 2 boss on merciless and click on the endgame tab. | |

you have to talk to the old guy at the camp first to get access to it once you've beaten the act 2 boss
