Help with Calculating Spell DPS!

I'm attempting to make a discharge dps spreadsheet, however, the end result is way off from tooltip dps. I'm asking for your help on ideas to calculate correctly.

This is what I'm doing:
- Final Dps = [(crit chance) * (crit multi) * (damage)] + [(non crit chance) * (damage)]

This is how im calculating the variables in a nutshell
- Crit Chance = [((Crit from gear) + (crit from passives) + (50 * number of power charges) + 100)/100] * (base crit of discharge)

- Non Crit Chance = 1 - (Crit chance)

- Crit Multi = [150 + (crit multi from gear) + (crit multi from passives)]/100

- Damage = [(base damage) * (incrased spell damage from gear + increased spell damage from pasives)] * (MORE spell damage from passives)
