Recipe for Onyx Amulet Broken ?

First time trying the recipe : 1 Amulet + 3 Skill Gems of different Colors = 1 Onyx Amulet But doesn't work for me. Sure I am doing something wrong, anyone can help me ? Thx Have fun storming the caaastle !! :-)

Are you trying this in either the Anarchy or Onslaught leagues?
Onyx Amulets have been disabled in them. same name in-game
