Here's my entry, a 3d sculpted, printed, and painted piece depicting Velka and Cressie's first meeting. This was a ton of fun to do! Bonus pic of Velka's orb lighting up using an induction 4mm light that unfortunately couldn't be worked into the final photos due to the distance being too far from the connector piece for it to work more naturally. Progress pics are also included in the album of course!

When they announced the new otter pet that has a unique animation where it picks items up, I LOVE that idea. So I'd imagine it being trained since small for being able to pick up and love getting treasures for treats xD

also looking at what i am going to want to do or fix with white gouache, a hacky addition that lets me get around the light-on-dark problem some. it can change the cumulative texture of things a little, which isn't always great, but in general i really like using it

It has been long, don't remember when I did any art work for so long, (except for work). finding my skill rusty. need to pick up the pen more.

I though I have more time, yet I overestimated myself again.

Using a tablet, with time lapse function. I've recorded the work in progress. Turns out, the detail version is too long, and the final composition is done on my PC.
