About legions/guilds

First I would like to start off with to say I'm sorry If this have been asked lately (I've searched but couldn't find)


Is there a system for Guilds/Legions?
I've seen some advertising for people, but it almost seems for cutthroat HC chars (which i like) but still want to connect for more like minded people.

There currently are no guild features in the game, but the devs plan on adding them later. They may come after official release.
