3.29.0b Hotfix 2

Before this patch my game was running fine, now I'm getting random freezes.

Yeah seems like 3.29.0b really screwed things up with the shaders. Loading times are much better after the first hotfix but getting missing textures for abilities and stuff, like the lantern indicator never appears for me, same as Maven's rotating beams, even when the shader hits 0.
