I'm really confused with the wording on "Loyal Bodyguard", is it based on % health or actual values?
Say, if I run CI, will the 20% dmg shift always be up since my health sits at 1 while the merc will always be higher (value, 1 < 1k), or only until me/merc gets hit, than it shifts to the recoup (percentage, 100% > 99% or less) until merc is at full health again? |
