Still not seeing my Djinn Merchant in game after claiming it on twitch 10 hours ago. I disconnected and re-connected my accounts and no luck. Anybody else having the same issue?

Does the trade djinn require Faustus to be unlocked like map devices require the map device or can you use it when you kill Brutus?
I also want to know this because normally you can't access merchant tabs until act 6
Any word on this?
