Shipment Portal Closed automatically and I couldnt click on it

So I send a Shipment and it got caputred by Pirates.
I wanted to rescue it. The Portal opened and I couldnt click on it. Even though this bug happened to me very often that you cant interact with Portals, why does the Portal for rescuing the Crew closes automatically? This doesnt make any sense.
