Cache keeps getting reset after pc startup.

So sense the last patch for some reason my game seams to be reloading the cache every time i restart my pc.

I checked the folder the Cache is in and they are being saved and updated properly.

When this happens everything including my h/o has to be reloaded into the cache.

Not sure why this is happening. :(
