Merc loot possibly bugged

I'm wondering if someone could look into the mercs loot table as it interacts with higher tier content. I've done hundreds of runs at t16 and above, with max reputation on the mercs, and am not seeing ANY currency offerings above a choas orb. I know im not alone in this, and given the way the reputation system was described, I do not believe this to be a matter of poor RNG.
