Raise spectre of transcience fails to summon spectre if unspectrable corpse is near cursor.

This behaviour is fine on normal raise spectre but prevents raise spectre of transience to summon spectres in a lot of cases, where you'd want to summon spectres.

Suggestion is to make raise spectre of transience always summon a spectre if there is a valid corpse near the cursor and not fail if it tries to summon unspectrable corpses.
