Missing ascendancy points for Trails of Sekhemas

Hi

I am lvl 81 but have only had 4 ascendancy points.

I receieved 2 points for Trial of chaos and 2 points for completing the first boss on Trails of sekhemas.

I have competed the 2nd boss 3 times with a djinn tokens between lvl 60 and lvl 74 and it ascendcy statue glitched and wouldn't let me press X to recieve my points.

I have also completed the 3rd boss and the same thing happened again.

All the djinn tokens I used for trails of sekhemas said they will give ascendacy points.

It's very frustrating as I'm lvl 81 and stuck with just 4 ascendancy points.

It's making me not want to bother playing.

Is they a fix for this?

I have done, the scorpion. No I don't have screenshots. Is that what I'd need to do? Complete it again and take screenshots?
