` Account lock due to a different location login.`
Logged in with mobile net coz of local provider problems and got account lock from the bot. The problem is it stubbornly ask for a code sent to an old email details about which I don't remember(. Who uses mail nowadays it's all about messengers. And that bot doesn't even give me a chance to prove I'am who I'am.
As result I'm still logged in here, but the game client does not let me in(. Support doesn't respond. Maybe someone experienced the same situation and have an advice? Last bumped on Jul 15, 2025, 11:47:43 AM

If you have emailed support@grindinggear.com you will need to wait for them to respond.
They will only help you to gain access to the account if you can demonstrate to their satisfaction that you are indeed the genuine account owner - even if nobody else is claiming the account. I find it difficult to justify optional purchases to support a Tencent-owned development studio that declines to provide customers Technical Support, regardless of how many thousands of euros that customer has spent...

As a note, please don't send additional or follow-up emails, Support will get to you as soon as possible. | |
" Ok, thank you for respond. Just they answered me fist time and fast enough, something about in a ~ 15 min after I explained the situation and and sent the proof that Me is Me. Than they asked to confirm I did everything possible from my side and than stopped to communicate already for 4+ hours so I've got a bit frustrated.😥 |

" Ofc, otherwise how can I be here?) It's possible only if I was here from the beginning before the problem with client. Villain wouldn't be able to login. Plus I have a screens with gameplay before the incident, I started from the first days. |

That isn’t proof of anything; it’s possible for people to access session credentials through your browser’s cookies.

" Oh my! 3:33 AM. It explains a lot, thank you for telling me that <3 Now I have a fresh feeling they didn't abandon me alone. And about cookies not sure it's possible since https is a secure protocol and PoE use it. I'm not good in that so maybe I'm wrong but even so I have a screens from the past, they are on my physical machine and there is no way someone else could have an access for such a things. + I can tell a lot of things that only I know like who invited me to the guild, what did we talked about, what did I do for my guildmates (guild master can see g.stash manipulation whether you take or add something). Guess GGG can easy check it by the log or even direct contact with my guild master so there shouldn't be any problems with proofs.🙂 |

HTTPS is for when your PC remotely connects to other devices; e.g. GGG's web server.
But locally on your computer itself, it essentially has a bunch of .txt files which store session-related information that can be used to """remain""" logged in to the website. GGG has no way of knowing whether someone else would have physical access to the account owner's PC, or maybe managed to get malware installed on it, or maybe managed to remotely connect to it (e.g. TeamViewer). It's great that you have that other information, as it sounds like exactly the kind of thing GGG will (rather slowly and painfully) slowly go through a list of asking you about. " Hello. Since I have no answer for a days from the support I decided to send another one ticket. The situation was quite the same. They sent identical message just like the first time which is - "Thank you for the message and I am sorry to hear about this. Can you please confirm for us if you have attempted to contact your old email provider to regain access to the email address linked to your account?". After my reply there is always no reaction. This is most likely a bot auto-message and the bot for some reason cannot trigger the next step of the chain nor to run the instruction to call a real human. Also there is a line of code at the end of the support message {#HS:3000649594-1942670#} I have no idea what should in be. How can I contact directly to the staff? Just such a minor issue I faced can be solved in a finger snap but I can't login the game already second day in a row because of bots here and there( Last edited by oooollllllAllllloooo#9736 on Jul 15, 2025, 11:51:36 AM
